I wanted to write this letter to thank you for the great time I had on your hunting ranch this past year. I have hunted with a lot of outfitters in the past but, none have compared to you, I saw a lot of good bucks and had a lot of great shooting opportunities. Besides the great hunting, the hospitality and the food were second to none. I hope to be back soon and maybe get another chance at that 195 class typical buck that I let get away. Thanks always,

I have hunted Potter County for 25 years and never had the experience that I had with Horseshoe Hill Ranch. I saw more bucks than I ever had before and could pick and choose my shooting opportunities. The second day after a great lunch I bagged my First 160 class 9 point Whitetail. Thanks for making my first hunting experience with my new rifle a success. My dad brought me to HH Ranch as a surprise Whitetail hunt. After seeing many great Whitetails, a Bull Elk came up over the ridge and I was in awe. I looked at my Dad and asked him if I could shoot an Elk. In April 2007 when I contacted Horseshoe Hill Ranch and spoke to Ranch Owner Bob McConnell (who was my first and only call) to obtain more information about the ranch, I knew just by talking with him that it was where I wanted to spend my vacation and have the hunt of a lifetime with the (3) generations of Stevens, my father-in-law, husband and son. After receiving the information on the ranch in the mail and pulling up information on line, the excitement was building. The pictures were beautiful and the lodge looked fantastic. I could not wait until November when we were planning to travel from Virginia Beach, Virginia to Pennsylvania. Upon arrival at the ranch, Bob and his staff made us feel right at home. It was like the southern hospitality we were used to. The ranch is a magnificent place with the rustic decor and all of the comforts of home. Also, the meals that were prepared were absolutely fantastic! If I were planning another hunting trip, I would go back to Horseshoe Hill Ranch because of Bob and his staff.

Just wanted to send a quick note to thank you for the experience of a lifetime! When I placed a call to you, I had all my questions lined up so I knew exactly what I was getting into, and wouldn’t have any surprises. Who knew we would be talking numerous times before I even booked the hunt! You took the time personally to inform and keep me aware of every aspect of what I could expect, and the experience was even better in person. My friend and I booked the hunt of a lifetime, and the trophy deer I shot is the envy of my family and friends (all serious and great hunters).
